THE BRIEF

PostNL offers practical logistic solutions for healthcare. PostNL delivers care to people’s homes and unburdens in the logistical process. PostNL is also the link between manufacturers, warehouses and care institutions. Our challenge: deliver this message to the target group.

THE PROPOSAL

LVB came up with a strategy; we developed two animations to show the process from ordering online to delivery at home. We also created an infographic with a visual of a lively city, with manufacturers, care institutions and people. The infographic is divided into four areas depicting prevention, diagnoses, treatment and follow up care. The manufacturer is positioned in the centre, with warehouses and care institutions around it. PostNL couriers form the link between these areas. Characters and elements from the infographic are also visible in the animations and in the complementary whitepaper, making all content recognizable.
