THE BRIEF
How many people cook gourmets for Christmas and how much is spent on them? What is the risk of food infection and how much does it cost? Is there air pollution and how much energy do we use per gourmet session? What are the true costs of all the meat that we throw on the gourmet for Christmas? Visualize the calculation of the actual social costs and effects of a gourmet evening in The Netherlands.
THE PROPOSAL
An illustrative infographic that provides insight into the real costs of a gourmet night out in an accessible manner, together with the breakdown of how the numbers were calculated. The infographic was distributed into different media, including the national radio.
