To present PostNL as a business brand as the logistic e-commerce (knowledge) partner for web retailers and e-commerce entrepreneurs, we developed a content program ‘Succes op bestelling’ (‘Success at delivery’).

Develop a PostNL-wide content concept and approach that positions PostNL among business target groups based on vision, knowledge, experience and reputation.

THE PROPOSAL

The Succes op bestelling content program provides entrepeneurs with a knowledge and inspiration platform from various industries in the field of e-commerce and logistics. A specific branch is central to every edition. In the latest edition that recently went live it was the healthcare sector. Each edition consists of several online videos, a podcast (called ‘Postcast’), white papers, infographics and blogs. We took care of the campaign design. From whitepaper and social media to the graphic elements in the videos. A style guide has been drawn up for all these elements that serves as a guide for next editions of ‘Succes op bestelling’.
